One of our strength at ILSAP is to provide the logistical support for faculty led groups or individual participants.

While ILSAP is making all the logistical arrangements for the participants, faculty can concentrate on the academics part of the program. Our services include but not limited to the following:

• Airport transfers Irrespective of the time participants arrive at the airport, they will be received at the airport and will be transferred to the program housing. Airport drop-off will be provided at the end of the program.
• In-country Orientation, culture shock and Hindi language lessons.
• Local and in country transportation with all safety concerns addressed.
• Housing and Meals Safe and secure housing on sharing basis to be provided for the duration of the program. At the apartmet there is a full time caretaker to cook and clean for the students. Arrangements for faculty can be made to stay in a budget hotel not very far from the participants. The housing is inclusive of breakfast and dinner. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available and in winters, there is arrangement of room heaters to keep the program participants warm.
• Planning weekends and cultural exposure to get the maximum learning experience from the program.
